WILDLIFE HAVEN: Canley Ford leads to a nature reserve

Canley Ford

An interesting walking area, centred on an ancient lane crossing a stream.  A bit near the A45 now, but still has the feeling of the countryside outside Coventry of many years ago.  The lane accross the ford is now closed to traffic, though in the 1960s it was still possible to use it instad of the A45!

Good for Dogs rating:

Canley Ford - nice little lane with small wood on one side three meadows, but only one that you are allowed to let your dogs free on.  Still a good walk.
